Venice the Roshen Follower"Finally! Freedom!" The brown tabby meowed into the cloudy spring day. He had talked his dad and the leader into letting him leave Roshen territory for the day, and he was happy to take advantage of this nice day. There were clouds in the sky, but they were white and puffy and far apart from each other.. They made Venice smile, and that was something he didn't do often. The Roshen's didn't seem to like cats smiling. I guess being happy wasn't part of the Roshen's motto, but that didn't matter today. Today was the day the Venice would be able to let out all of his friendly and positive energy, so when he return to the colony he could be evil. Well... Not evil... He was never evil. Venice's paws met sweet smelling grass as he walked into the park. He hadn't ever been to the park, but the Roshen follower had heard others speak of the park. They had always made it sound wonderful, except for all of the humans. Thankfully, Venice didn't mind humans as much as the rest of his family did, and he just tried to humor them by purring and then running away quickly. It was a system that worked. Today the park looked amazing, even if the ground was a bit soggy from melted snow and rain. It didn't matter to Venice. The main thing was that he was away from his horrible family, and he could finally be himself. The tom's eyes landed on a tall oak tree, and he immeadiatly ran towards it. In one easy leap he was half way up the tree, and he calmly pulled himself the rest of the way up. Venice looked for a thick branch to perch on, and he soon found one that was the perfect size for him. From this branch he could see almost the entire park, and Venice enjoyed the feeling of being apart from the action. He was happy just to watch and daydream of the day he might join this world forever. If only I hadn't told Kai where I was going... He chided himself for this stupid move, but there was nothing he could do now. One idiot move had cost him his freedom. One day I won't make any stupid moves, and that will be the day I find my freedom. That day will come. I swear on my soul.

The she-cat walked along the sidewalk, it wasn't often she left her large house where her large family lived. Today was a warm day a day where all the snow that covered the land was melted and left new flowers and grass to grow in the spring air.
Jasmine smiled to herself she loved the fresh air and the breeze that ruffled her fuzzy black and white coat. Her small short legs began to move faster her fur brushing the ground. She came to a stop at the end of the sidewalk just beyond that was the park but first Jasmine had to cross the busy street.
A human with a small child passed by the she-cat and the child gave and squeal bending down to pet Jasmine who purred and rubbed up against the child's hand after they had left the she-cat turned back to her mission. She looked both way and dashed across the street as fast as her little legs would take her.
Once the she-cat reached the other side she collapsed onto the grass panting for only a moment before a bird pecking at the ground caught her attention. She rolled over onto her paws once again and watched the bird slowly moving forward one step at a time. The little she-cats whiskers twitched as her mouth watered ever so slightly.
After much patients the she-cat leap forward only to miss and land on the ground with a thud "ouch" she meowed and stood up. She gave her chest a few licked and glared at the small blue collar around her neck hitting it with a paw. The small bell had given her away like always.

A small black and white pattern caught Venice's eye, and he turned this head to see a... The brown tabby leaned off of his branch to try and get a better view, What is that... thing? It kind of looked like a cat to him, but it's body moved in a very strange way. Venice leaned even farther out of his tree, and he saw that it was a cat! What is wrong with that cat?! He was horrified! It had weird short legs, and it was really starting to creep him out! The... cat had started to hunt after a bird, and Venice watched with polite curiosity. He was also slightly curious. How can a cat with such short legs move quickly enough to catch a bird? So he watched, and to his surprise it wasn't the short legs that was this cats downfall. A strange ringing noise had come from the cat, and Venice frowned. How and why did this cat make that sound? Curiosity took over the brown tom, and he leaped lightly out of the tree and started to jog towards the creature. As he approached, he noticed that it's legs didn't look nearly as awkward now that he was on the ground. They were actually kind of cute and funny. Venice smiled trying to look friendly, however he wasn't exactly a friendly looking cat. He was large, and his fur was scruffy. But he tried to make his voice peaceful and curious, instead of aggressive and rude, "Uh excuse me..." He looked the cat up and down, "ma'am, I hope this isn't too rude, but... how did you make that noise?"Lennox

The she-cat turned her eyes wide like a deer in head light kind of look. She had never thought of the possibility of another feline in the park. Her yellow eyes looked the tabby up and down. It took her longer to reply then usual as the she-cat was not used to being around other cats then of course her housemate Rome and couple neighborhood house cats but a stray oh no no no!
The thought of him hurting her did cross Jasmine's mind but instead she played it cool or somewhat cool, Jasmine was odd. "Oh well it was my collar" she pushed her chest towards the tom showing off the small studded brightly colored blue color and silver bell. She watched him closely " Who are you? Where is your house? Are you new to the neighborhood? Do you have a housemate to?" Jasmine had thrown any caution she had thought about out the window she was not curious about this tom and had to know where he had come from. Her little legs wiggled has she bursted with uncontrollable energy. Jasmine had never been the best judge of character she was to naive and always saw the good in everyone.

Venice jut watched the oddly misshapen cat with his usual patience and curiosity that followed him through his whole life. His friendly yet empty hazel eyes starred at the black and white female as she seemed to take a very long time to respond. Finally she spoke up, and the overly curious tom bent down to stare at the collar. He was about eye level with the female now, but he wasn't looking at her as she spoke, he was looking at her collar. He had never seen anything like it before. It had glimmer like still water, but it was shaped like a berry. It was round, yet it had gaps in it, and it made the weirdest sound like a bird call. A young and foolish part of his brain wanted to reach out a paw and smack it, but he assumed that the female might find that rude. "Hmm?" The awkward brown tabby finally looked back towards the female and heard her questions. "Um... Well my name is Venice, and i'm not exactly from around here." Do I tell her i'm a Roshen? His thoughts moved quickly through his frantic mind. She may be a house cat, well I think she is a house cat... Venice had never met a house cat, but Kai had told his sons stories of lazy and fat cats that allied themselves with humans. But that doesn't mean she hasn't heard of the evil Roshen. Venice realized that he had been silent for a rather long time, and he coughed slightly before speaking, "I'm a... loner. I normally live out in the forest, but I decided to come and visit this park thing." The follower shifted his weight from paw to paw. He hated lying, but he would have to get used to it if he was ever permanently going to escape the Roshen. The uncomfortable and curious Roshen connected his hazel eyes with her yellow eyes, "So... I told you about me, now you should tell me about yourself. What's your name?"Lennox

Jasmine flopped to the ground so happy to have a new friend, well to her he was her new friend she reached out a paw batting at him playfully and giggling. She had never met a loner before and she was sure this was going to be a cool tale to tell Rome when she returned home.
Her ears flicked has the spring grass tickled them "I'm Jasmine but you can call me Jazzy or Jaz or whatever. I live with my housemate Rome she's suupper pretty! Then there's the evil snake named Tank, he's soooo mean and bites me all the time! And my owners Tyler and Isabella they fight all the time though" Jazzy frowned the last time they had started fighting was because of her.
The black and white she-cat rolled over onto her stomach again still looking the tom over. "You can come back to my house and meet Rome!" She poked the tom with her paw thinking the idea was great the thought never occupying to her humans or housemate wouldn't appreciate a stray cat waltzing right into their house. All Jasmine saw was a new friend she could take home and show off to everyone and play with whenever she wanted to.
