Eve could easily be called "butch". She is strong, and she tends not to get stressed about little things. On the outside, she is a rock, and you can always depend on her. Though inside she is just as messed up as any other cat. She is a very silent cat, and she doesn't tend to talk to stranger. However when she does talk to strange cats it isn't usually to say something nice. She is a mean cat sometimes, and she has severe anger issues. However her "friend" Elise has always been good at controlling Eve. The young female just can't help being angry all the time. In the end, Eve just wants to be there for Elise, and she doesn't care about much else.
Eve has had many troubles in her past, and these have effected her. She suffers from a mix of clinical depression and major depression, and she has trouble escaping the darkness inside her mind. Eve fears that this darkness will one day cover her heart, and she won't be able to connect to other cats. She wants to love others, and she doesn't want anything stopping her. However her depression has caused her to stop reaching out to other cats, especially since Elise "died".
The death of Elise hurt Eve, and she has been broken since. What Eve never knew was that her feelings of love towards Elise were mutual. However the two cats never got to enjoy each other's company, because they were both to afraid to admit their feelings. Eve is embarrassed about being homosexual, and she wishes that she wasn't. However you can't change how you were made, so she has began to accept the truth.
History:Nettle and Roman met when they were both young and innocent, well as young and innocent as Nettle ever was. She had always had a little venom in her heart, and she had always been proud of that. The two cats were crazy in love, and soon enough they gave birth to a litter. Sadly, Nettle only had one kit. It was a pure black she-cat just like herself, and she loved the little darling dearly. She named her Eve because her pelt was as black as night. The three cats lived happily together for many months. They were the perfect family, and Eve couldn't be happier. Though she only had a few months to actually enjoy her easy and happy existence.
One night, Eve woke up to hear a strange noise. It sounded like a cat, but it wasn't her mother or father. She crept out of the den, and she saw a strange brown tabby female standing outside her den. Eve didn't know this at the time, but this female was looking for a kit. She was unable to have kits, and she was willing to do anything for a family. The mysterious female moved over to the black kit, and she smiled in a creepy, yet friendly way. "Hello darling," Her voice was soft and warm, for she had finally found what she was looking for. "Are your parents around?" Eve was confused, but never the less she pointed the female towards the den where parents were sleeping peacefully. "Very good," The tabby purred, "I'm a friend of your parents. My name is Rat, and they told me too tell you to go stand over there." She gestured with her tail, and Eve ran far away from her parents. She was too far to hear the screams coming from the den she had once called home. Rat had murdered Eve's father, and she had attempted to kill Nettle as well. However Nettle was able to defend herself against the insane cat, and she ran for it. Once the final blood had been shed, Rat returned to find Eve hiding under a bush. "Hello again darling, your parents told me to take you back to my den."
Eve wasn't very smart, and she had no idea what this cat's plans were, "Okay... But my mommy and daddy are going to join us... right?"
Rat swept Eve towards her, so they could begin to walk together, "Of course darling..." Eve smiled up at this nice cat, and she bounded towards her new home. This day started the next year of Eve's life. During the first through months of Eve's life with Rat, Eve would constantly ask about her parents. "When are they going to get here?" She would ask, "Are they okay? Don't they still love me?" And Rat would always say the same thing, "Just wait a bit longer dear. They should be here soon!" She kept telling these lies to Eve, until the day where she finally decided to tell the "truth".
Eve knew something bad had happen, because Rat had caught a large and plump vole for Eve. "Eve... I have been lying to you." Rat began to tell Eve about how her parents had been killed by badger, and how they had wanted Eve to go with Rat. They had wanted Rat to take care of her, and for Rat to be Eve's new mother. Eve was crushed, and she spent the night crying on Rat's shoulder. Everything was going according to plan for Rat.
Rat's plan stopped working when Eve turned a year old. She was done with living with Rat. This didn't mean she didn't still love Rat, but she was ready to go and find herself elsewhere. Rat was not happy with this plan, and this is when she showed her true colors. One day, Eve walked over to her aunt (Rat had asked Eve to call her Aunt), and she started to explain to Rat that she wanted to leave home. At first, Rat tried to talk Eve out of it, and then she lost her temper. She screamed at Eve, and Eve was horrified. She had never seen Rat act like this. They got into a huge fight, and when Eve tried to run, Rat pounce on her. She tore into Eve's face, and Eve flung the insane loner off of her. She ran for it, and Rat screamed after Eve, "You are just like your mother! You run at the merest sign of a fight. COWARD!" Eve didn't discover what these words meant until later.
The black molly soon found herself in the middle of the forest without a clue of where to go. Eve had always imagined exploring the world, but now that it was real, what was she supposed to do? So she began to walk and walk and walk, until her paw pads bleed. It had begun to snow, and the hopeless and tired loner lay down to relax. It began to get colder, and soon enough Eve couldn't stop shaking. She had lived through winter before, but she had been with Rat. They would cuddle up in their warm den together, and they would enjoy a tiny and dry mouse. It tasted horrible, but they were together. Eve considered going back, but that nice and friendly Rat seemed to be gone.
A sound came from behind Eve, and she turned to she a pile of snow moving towards her. Wait... Eve stood up, and she realized that it was a cat! It was a pure white female cat with blue eyes, and it was shaking almost as much as Eve. The female noticed Eve, and she screamed and flattened her body against the snow. "I'm sorry for bothering you!" She yelled at the top of her lungs. "Please don't claw me!"
Eve held back a laugh, "I'm not going to hurt you." She said stating the obvious.
The little white cat poked her head out of the snow, "You aren't? Really?" Eve couldn't help but notice the she-cat's eyes. They were a gorgeous blue. It was lighter than sky blue, but it was brighter than blue water. It was a color Eve couldn't even describe, and those eyes were starting to make her heart jump. "I'm Elise! Do you mind If I sit with you? I've been looking for a place to stay all night. It's freezing!"
Eve nodded at Elise, "S- Sure," And Elise took a seat right next to Eve. Eve's heart started beating even faster, and she tried to ignore it, but it was louder than a thousand birds. Soon enough she closed her eyes and fell asleep, but in the morning her feelings hadn't gone away. This day marked the beginning of Eve's 8 month secret crush on Elise. She couldn't help it! She didn't want to feel this way, and it was clear that Elise didn't feel anything for Eve, so she kept her feelings secret. The two loners had the best time together, and they were the perfect team. Eve was a fighter, and Elise was a hunter. Eve relied on impulses, while Elise thought everything through. Together they were unstoppable, until the day that their home burnt down.
The two cats had chosen a forest as their home. It was a wonderful place to live. The prey was always plentiful, and there were wonderful hollows to hide in when the weather was unfavorable. It was a utopia, however it was destroyed. One dark and cold night, Eve and Elise were fast asleep in a old fox den. Elise woke up when she heard a long cracking noise. It was a branch from a tree that had burned off. There was a forest fire raging outside of the burrow, and it already surrounded the two cats. Elise woke up Eve, and the two cats ran for it. Eve far terrified, and she didn't look back at her home burning to the ground. She didn't want to think about it, and she just wanted to get out safely. Soon enough she was at the edge of the forest fire, and she turned to comfort Elise. The white cat wasn't there. She wasn't anywhere to be found. Eve screamed her name into the fire, but her voice could barely be heard. The forest fire forced Eve to move away from the forest, and she never saw Elise again. For weeks, Eve paced outside the forest waiting for Elise to return, but eventually Eve was forced to give up.
Now days, Eve spends her time growling at any other cats, and she is looking for her lost true love. She has made a decision that she will tell Elise about her feelings if she gets the chance, however inside of her heart she knows that Elise is dead.
